The welcoming entrance hall has a cloakroom and slatted wooden stairs to the first floor. To the right of the hall is the spacious comfortable fully carpeted lounge furnished with a 3 seater sofa and single armchair, standard lamp, book case\glass cabinet and large television.  

From the lounge one can enter the large conservatory which can be used as a breakfast room, babies high chair provided. The kitchen is long and narrow, fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, coffee making facilities, double oven, one fan assisted and fridge freezer.

Off the kitchen is a small utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer and various cupboards.

First floor consists of a single bed on the landing (with the option of a pullout bed from underneath) and 1 light and airy carpeted and well furnished double bedroom with ensuite, again the bedroom has wonderful views to the rear and is spacious enough to take an additional single bed if required.

There are many attractions in the local area and plenty within 1 hrs drive. It is well located to visit many of the Cotswold villages, Broadway is close by, Suddeley Castle, Hailes Abbey, Hidcote Gardens, Kiftsgate Gardens, Sezincote, Worcester with its porcelain museum and Stratford-on-Avon.
